Refund & Download Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 1 successful download of the product. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.

Each product comes with a default allowance of 26 downloads per license, valid for 365 days from purchase. Need more? Contact support and we will review and reset your counter when appropriate.

If a product fails to install, fails its checksum verification, or is materially defective, we will issue a full refund regardless of the standard refund window.
